Awesome Love

I know this isn't something that I should be complaining about. I know people mean well by checking up on me. But sometimes I just don't have the time to check in. I feel like I am expected to report on where I am and what I am doing all the time. If I am busy, I am supposed to let you know. If I am sick, I am supposed to let you know. In all honesty, I really don't have to.

Yes, it's nice to know that people care enough to check up on me. But if I am not responding on email, don't try and BBM me then tweet me then facebook me then sms me and call me... Chances are, if I was too busy to email back I am probably too busy to respond on all those other avenues as well. Make an assumption and wait for me to find the time to respond.

You may feel that I should surely have the time to respond, just to tell YOU what's up. That would be true if you were the only one asking.. What about everyone else? Seriously, I love you all, but what the frak man? The only exception I make in these circumstances are for my parents / brothers (because they are probably looking for me on my parents' behalf anyway). And the only reason that is, is because they worry to the extent that the whole world might get involved!

Best I could do for now, is change my facebook status. Last resort. I hate advertising, 'cause now everyone, and not just the people trying to reach me, all know what's up. And I was forced to do this cause I kept being bugged! Was so busy and stressed that my body started to rebel and I am now sick.

So forgive me if I am not being "nice" and responding to you on all your messages in a timely fashion. Just assume I am busy and I will get back to you. Because I generally do, don't I?

So now you know what's up. I will respond to you all individually when I have the time. But for now, please be patient...

[P.S. If you're wondering why I have time to write this message but not respond to you, it's probably because this is a one sided conversation and I can end it whenever I like]
